Topics and contents were excellent, particularly English subtitle were useful for younger generation. Introduction of goals and objectives and contents and delivery of all the speakers were very relevant for karyakars. Video of Kothari Bapa was very inspirational and something we can relate to if our Seva is ever changed. Video of Pramukh Swami Maharaj and Mahant Swami Maharaj was eye opening and to the points and quality of videos were exceptionally good.

Total duration and break time were appropriate. Good improvement from last time.

Needs some improvements. We should think of technically challenged people also. Direction should be more simplified and with clarity. When we send out initial invite, we could have informed everyone that they should remember their password and it would be needed day of event. For goshthi it took some of us to figure out ladies link was there after gents link. Password reset feature was very helpful.
Other Suggestions:
Lots and lots of time and resources are devoted creating such a great program, but in my opinion same amount of efforts and resources are not devoted for attendance.

* joining to chhavani session was a bit confusing. It was very straightforward for computer savvy but very confusing for the rest. When we send a text about the event, people will open the links on phone. Watching chhavni sessions on the phone is not a good experience.

Chhavni was very well organized with nicely covered content across all the sessions. The topics and session lengths were adequate. The Bang video and transition videos were outstanding as well. Prasangs were very heart touching and inspiring.

Several Goshthi groups had very low participation and or delayed start. We may want to think through to improve this by encouraging more karyakars, grouping more zones together and coordinating with the network leads.

Topics were well though of and it carried the message to the root. It was quite impactful so hear Sant Pravachan, real life karyakar prasangs, followed by guidance from our Guru.

The project “Prasang Manjusa” initially announcement was done effectively but can see it loose momentum somehow. There is a communication gap from top to bottom which needs improvement. Satsang Admins do not have any visibility about how many Haribhaktos/Gunabhavi have submitted their prasangs or been interviewed. If we deliver mahima letter from P. Divyacharan Swami about this will be awesome and will have better clarification about this project and involvement.
